First of all, open up a new Document in Photoshop. Now click on the pencil tool and select the Font

Arial Rounded MT Bold 36 pixel, white and no anti-alising.

Now write down your text. It should look like this:

Now click on the blending options of that layer. And choose the option stroke.

Apply your blending options and take a look at the result.
Your image should look like this now:

Now dublicate your text layer and go to the blending options again. This time choose the option “Inner Shadow”.

After applying your blending options, your image should look like this now:

Important:
If your image does not look like this now, choose the move tool ( Shortcut V ) and move the dublicated layer down one step.
Your image should look like the Skype Text now!
